Each of our programs offers a distinct passageway into a different territory of yourself, opening the possibility for meaningful and useful changes in your daily life.

They guide you in how to EXPLORE a specific dimension of your life, and lead you to FIND understandings and solutions that are personally relevant and practical. Some of the programs are a series of workshops and homework assignments that are customized by you. Some programs are workshops that stand on their own. Inner Wisdom One-on-One sessions are about exploring any area of your life that you specify.
